BeeBase uses external libraries and other material depending on the operating system.

1.5.1 Windows, Mac OS and Linux Versions

BeeBase for Windows, Mac OS and Linux uses Qt version 5.12 or higher, copyright (C) The Qt Company. Qt is a comprehensive cross-platform framework and toolkit available under GPL & LGPLv3 licenses. For more information, see https://www.qt.io.

BeeBase for Linux optionally uses the Gimp Toolkit (GTK+) version 3.24 or higher, copyright (C) The GTK+ Team. GTK is a toolkit for developing graphical user interfaces (GUI) and is distributed under the GNU Library General Public License (LGPL). For more information, see https://www.gtk.org.

The Windows install script for BeeBase is based on the install script for The Gimp which is copyright by Jernej Simoncic.

MUI is a system to generate and maintain graphical user interfaces. With
the  aid  of  a  preferences program, the user of an application has the
ability to customize the outfit according to his personal taste.

MUI is distributed as shareware. To obtain a complete package containing
lots of examples and more information about registration please look for
a  file  called  "muiXXusr.lha"  (XX means the latest version number) on
your local bulletin boards or on public domain disks.
